4A – Forming An Opportunity Belief

I used to work in a local restaurant in China, which sells fast street food. From the working experience, I found out how attractive food can be. Tourists came from far away just trying to taste our food. Right now in Gainesville, lots of students and international students live in town for college. However, there is no such Chinese street food restaurant for a party or after hour service. This need existed for a long time. This is the reason why I am 100 percent sure it is a great idea to open a street food shop in Gainesville.

1. Chinese international student.

 Is an authentic Chinese eatery attractive to you?
 Yes, a lot.

 How often would you go there if the food is good?
 Twice to three times a week.

 What's your favorite restaurant now.
 Gator Suyaki

 Sure.

Summarize:
After the short survey, I think I still got 90 percent confident to establish the business and it is more accurate. I think entrepreneurs should always and to a great extent follow the market's advice. 

2A Bug List

1. Food delivery apps are slow during lunch time and expensive.
Why: People live separately and there is no enough customer using delivery.

2. Gaming Earphone need to be charged rapidly and can not last long enough.
Why: Weight and size limited the duration of the earphone.

3. Washer and dryer are separated and need to move cloth to dryer after washing.
Why: Bad Design.

4. Tired of peel potato.
Why: Potato are hard to keep when peeled.

5. Always forget things to do.
Why: Lack of a efficient time managing app.

6. Want to eat authentic Peking Duck.
Why: No one's making them.

7. Small electric devices are too expensive.
Why: Need import from countries who manufacture them cheap.

8. Have too many cables on desk and they are in a mess.
Why:  Need cable organizer.

9. Need to carry credit card all the time.
Why: Mobile payment system is bad.

10. I am gaining more weight.
Why: Food contain too much fat and sugar.

11. My VR is limited by cable.
Why: Wireless transmission is slow and unstable.

12. My Amazon Alexa always misunderstand me.
Why: The recognizing system need to be trained more.

13. Can not find good wine as a ordinary people.
Why: Need a rank in each aspect of the tasty of wine.

14. My utility bill is high.
Why: The huge glass door in my apartment can not close completely.

15. My bath tub is too small for me.
Why: The bath room is not big enough.

16. Can not find a place to buy scallop with shell on.
Why: Nobody except me want to buy it.

17. Hard to clean cat litter.
Why: Need a product to clean it automatically.

18. Orange is hard to peel.
Why: Need peeled orange for sale.

19. Hate to briefly wash dishes before take it to dish washer.
Why: Dish washer can not take large garbage.

20. I want to watch movie when driving in a long distance.
Why: Driver can not do anything else when driving.

Reflection: It's not that hard after all. I feel there are so many thing I found difficulty around me right now, even it is a minor one, which means there are a lot of things can be done to improve our lives.
